5. Data Collection on the Website

5.1 Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies for functionality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These are automatically deleted when you close your browser.

Analytics or marketing cookies are not set without your consent (§ 25 TTDSG).

5.2 Server Log Files

When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically stores the following data in log files (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR):

• IP address
• Browser type/version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request

Storage period: 7 days.
Purpose: Security, troubleshooting.

5.3 Contact Form

When using the contact form, we store: name, email, telephone number, message (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
Purpose: Processing your inquiry.
Storage period: 1 year after completion or deletion upon request.
The data will not be passed on without consent.

6. External Services

6.1 Google Fonts (WordPress)

On WordPress, Google Fonts are loaded locally from the server via the theme or plugins (e.g. Gutenberg/Block Editor). No data is transferred to Google servers externally (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6.2 Video Embeds (YouTube & Vimeo)

Embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos are loaded with enhanced privacy features (YouTube: Privacy-Enhanced Mode; Vimeo: Privacy Mode). Data is transferred to YouTube/Vimeo only when the video is started and after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technical details:

• YouTube: privacy-enhanced parameter enabled, no cookies set before playback.
• Vimeo: dnt=1 (Do Not Track) parameter, videos load without tracking before playback.

Data is transferred only when the video is actively started to Google Ireland Ltd. (YouTube) or Vimeo Inc. (USA). Transfer basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework + Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
